While Jon was in San Francisco & at the Ferry Building Marketplace he scooped up another one of my Christmas presents that I found in my stocking :) It was a trio of Dandelion Chocolate bars that came wrapped in their hand-made, hand-silk screened Indian cotton paper - this paper is so beautiful, to the point where I am saving it because I love it so much! Dandelion Chocolate is a bean to bar chocolate factory in the Mission District of San Francisco. You can learn more about their small batch chocolate production process here - it is very interesting. The chocolate was incredible & each bar was so different! It was fun to sit together reading about each bar's origin + flavors, & then trying to see what we tasted ourselves in each bar. I only have a 1/2 a bar left, I have been savoring every piece as a special treat, but it's nice to know that despite being in Colorado we can still order this delicious chocolate online.
