A few months ago Jon & I purchased Tartine Bread because we wanted to be able to make our own bread products. This book has not disappointed & it has been so fun (as well as challenging) to try new recipes. English muffins have been our most challenging undertaking so far, but the reward was well worth the effort - they were so delicious & like no English muffin we've ever had before! Tartine Bread comes from Chad Robertson who is considered by many the best bread baker in the US & also co-owner of Tartine Bakery in San Francisco.
