Our morning breakfast routine consists of creating some version of a breakfast plate like the ones seen below. They always include eggs & then beyond that it is really whatever we have available in the house. When grocery shopping I try & make sure we have bread for toast as well as fresh fruit & veggies to incorporate into the plates. Often we end up using leftover items from meals which is a great way to eliminate waste. We also try & make them as well rounded nutritionally as possible so they provide us energy for the day ahead.
