Part of our home is set up as a private apartment that is blocked off from the rest of the home & has it's own separate entrance. After moving in we deiced to turn the space into an Airbnb as a way to bring in a second income. Our listing, which can be found here, has been up & running on Airbnb since August & has been a success ever since. We love renting out our space & getting to meet so many nice & interesting people from around the world. Recently, I found our listing in the following article, which was very exciting - 35 Airbnbs in the US under $100 per night. We love hosting so much that we are in the process of planning to build a detached tiny home on our property as a second Airbnb, I'll be sure to update you again once it's complete!
